Water and air flow rate can be adjusted independently.

3.1 1 Mixing and reaction tank

for the manual adjustment of the water level
in the reaction tank to regulate the skimming process.
The butterfly valve is to regulate an optimal skimming
process and not to adjust the complete water process.
Cannot be used as shutoff valve.
(In foam fractionators with an automatic level control
system is this ball valve equipped with a motor).
1 Ascending pipe for the water outlet
with screw joint d 90 mm
The water outlet must discharge into a pressure less
open tank. The water in the outlet may content gas bubbles.
Depending on the operation mode a gas saturation
is possible.

1 Water distribution system at the inlet to distribute the water
over the cross section of the reaction tank uniformly.
