CO2 Set for Saltwater
In salt water aquariums CO2 is used within a calcium reactor to lower the pH and dissolve calcium carbonate into solution for use by corals which incorporate it into their skeletons.
Kit Comprises of:
- Full 500 GRM disposable gas cylinder with stand
- CO2 regulator with bottle contents gauge and low pressure guage
- Secondary fine pin wheel control
- Integrated non return valve
- Bubble counter
- 8 bar electric solenoid to control CO2 timed switching
- 1,5m hose connections
- Pin wheel adjuster
- Tubing and PTFE tape (teflon tape)
Container under pressure:
Use with care and do not expose to the sun or temperature exceeding 50 degrees. Keep out of children reach. If cannot be reused, throw it away in a proper place. Connect to the regulator and seal by hand only. Never drop oil or grease into the valve.
Directions for use:
Screw down the pressure controller to the bottle without tightening too much. If the gas does not get out, unscrew and screw again the controller several times. After use, unscrew the controller from the bottle: it is self-locking.
